Requirements for entrance are:

You must pass the pre-entrance exam (a test of basic math and basic English) with a minimum score of 80 percent. You must show a picture ID on the day of the pre-entrance exam.

  • Enrollment Agreement
  • Recent TB Test (within 1 year)
  • Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.

Once you are enrolled in this course, you will be required to have a CORI check (this is done after your admission to the course) and documentation of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the past year. Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible for certification testing (written & skills) for the Mass Nurse Aide Registry. (Note: An additional fee and process will be required.)

One day CPR course offered at the end of every class.
When are classes held?
Morning Classes: 9 AM-2:30 PM (Mon-Wed and Fri)
Evening Classes: Call for more information
Weekend Classes: Call for more information

Admission Requirements:

I. Fill out an application form.
II. Pay the Application Fee of $100 (which will be credited toward the tuition, if the applicant passes the entrance exam.)
III Take and pass the pre-entrance exam (a test of basic math and basic English) with a minimum score of 80 percent. A picture ID is required on the day of the
pre-entrance exam.
IV. Sign the Student Agreement Form.

Additional Requirements

  • Complete a CORI Check.
  • Provide documentation of a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray. This must be less than 12 months old.

After graduation, students will sit for the state exam right at the school. The American Red Cross charges a fee of $110.00 for the State of Massachusetts certification test.
